Digital patterns cannot be returned, but a pattern with a genuine error is always put right.
Why downloads are final
Once a PDF is downloaded it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense. By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and waive the statutory withdrawal period that applies to physical goods in the EU and UK.
When we do refund
The file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open, and we cannot supply a working replacement.
The pattern contains an error that makes it impossible to complete, and we cannot issue a correction within seven days.
You were charged twice for the same order.
You bought the same pattern twice by mistake and have not downloaded the second copy.
What is not a refund reason
The pattern turned out to be harder than expected. Every listing states its difficulty level and the stitches used — read these before buying, and write to us if you are unsure.
Your finished piece looks different from the photographs. Yarn weight, hook size and personal tension all change the result.
You changed your mind after downloading.
How to ask
Email support@handlovevn.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
