What we collect when you buy a pattern, why we hold it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Your email address and name, supplied at checkout. The email is how your download links reach you; without it we cannot deliver the product.
Order details: which patterns you bought, the amount, and the date. We keep these for accounting and to re-send a download link if you lose it.
Basic usage data — pages viewed and approximate country — used only in aggregate to decide which patterns to design next.
What we never see
Card numbers. Payments are processed entirely inside PayPal’s hosted fields; card data never reaches our servers and is never stored by us.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@handlovevn.com and we will act within 30 days.
Deleting your data removes your order history, which means we can no longer re-issue download links. Save your files first.
Cookies
Your cart and wishlist are kept in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers, and never leave your device until you check out.
We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
